To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

HOUSE OF JOHNSON reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
• Products missing original packaging or accessories.
• Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
• Personal-use health and wellness products that have been used.

  1. REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or prepared for pickup.

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or collected, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  1. LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

HOUSE OF JOHNSON currently offers Local Pickup services.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products at the time of pickup. Any concerns should be reported immediately.
